Shipping policy

Following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this time to let you know your order is on the way! Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the rates of the Austrian Post:
- Austria, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain: free
- Others: 15,00€
Estimated Delivery
- Austria & Germany: 2-3 business days
- Others: 3-5 business days
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mewi Designs is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
